UGB organizational framework
Simplified overview; consult the approved organizational chart for formal reporting lines.
From its early roots to a renewed call for unity, the GUARDIANS story reflects camaraderie, discipline, community service, and the aspiration to bring different groups together while respecting their identities.
According to UGB’s historical account, the movement traces its roots to the late 1970s among military and law enforcement personnel in the Philippines, emphasizing fellowship, mutual protection, and discipline.
Its membership and activities grew beyond uniformed services, welcoming civilian branches and widening its focus to community service and fraternal connections.
Amid differing organizational paths, the UGB Apex Confederacy was envisioned as a common umbrella for reconciliation, shared purpose, and cooperation among GUARDIANS groups.
UGB’s account describes the founding chairman entrusting the vision to his son, symbolizing continuity and a commitment to carry the Brotherhood’s ideals into the future.
